PREPARING FOR YOUR VISIT
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. New patients should plan on arriving 15 minutes early to complete new patient forms, or you can print and fill them out ahead of time at home by clicking HERE. If you are running late for a scheduled appointment please contact our office at 303-698-2225. If we do not receive notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be responsible for the full price of your appointment.
What to bring:
We recommend you wear loose fitting clothes to maximize your comfort and so the doctor is able to reach any area that may require treatment. If you have been in a car accident, please bring your auto insurance card and/or attorney contact details.
What to expect:
At your first visit you will have a consultation with one of the doctors to address your current health concerns. This will give you an opportunity to share information and ask any questions you may have. A physical examination will be performed and x-rays will be taken, if needed. An appropriate treatment plan will then be determined for you. Treatments generally last about 45 minutes to 1 hour, and may include some or all of the following:
· Adjustments to key joint dysfunctions
· Acupuncture
· Cupping
· Modalities to improve soft tissue healing and pain control, such as Ultrasound and Electrical Stimulation
After Treatment:
It is important to remember that your treatment is a process. Continuing with your scheduled appointments is part of that process. If you have questions at any time regarding your treatment plan, we encourage you to contact the clinic at 303-698-2225.
